Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) relates that the Holy Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be to him) said: Allah the Exalted says: I have prepared for my virtuous servants, that (things) which no eye has seen, and no ear has heard, and no human mind has ever thought of. You may read the verse: ‘No soul knoweth what is kept hid for them of joy, as a reward for what they used to do.’ (Bukhari and Muslim)
This hadīth gives a glimpse of the rewards the virtuous servants of Allah will be blessed with in the Paradise. Man lives no stones unturned to make his life on earth comfortable. But his imagination is limited. While Allah’s powers are limitless, and He can create what human mind can never imagine. The provisions for the ease and comfort, joy and pleasure that Allah has prepared for the virtuous souls in the Paradise are so exquisitely fine that they would say they had never seen such things during their stay on earth. The hadīth says that these will be a reward for the virtuous deeds of the believers.
Another hadīth says that the dwellers of Paradise will eat and drink but will not have to answer the call of Nature or to blow their noses or pass water. Their food will be digested resulting only in a belch or eructation smelling of musk. And, they will be taught glorification of Allah (Subhan Allah) and proclamation of His greatness (Allahu Akbar) as man is taught how to breathe.
