Dr. S.N.A .Rizvi, Ex Director, Professor and head of the Department of Medicine Maulana Azad Medical College and presently Senior Consultant Nephrology at Apollo Hospital, Sanjeevan Medical Research Centre and Lion’s Kidney Hospital, Delhi, was felicitated for his contribution in the field of Nephrology by the 6th Asian Forum of CKD Initiative and North Zone Chapter of Indian Society of Nephrology at PGI Chandigarh on Feb 24. He is recipient of Prestigious Netaji Oration Award by API, 2007 and also other national and international awards. He was President of Indian Society of Nephrology, 1989. He had contributed many chapters to API Textbook, CME Books and various other books of Medicine.
