Former President Jamaat-e-islami Hind, Rajasthan, Hakeem Muzaffar Husain breathed his last at his residence at Delhi Road, Jaipur. He was 90 years old. He did his Umdatul Hukma degree from Rajputana Tibbiya College, Jaipur with Gold Medal. He served as the State President of JIH from 1988 to 1995. He had deep knowledge of the Qur’ān and Hadith as well as Seerah (Life of Prophet Muhammad) and delivered numerous lectures on related topics. Mr. Husain also served as a Unani physician at Shri Ganga Nagar Jodhpur and Jaipur. During his last days he was running a Unani clinic at Ramganj Jaipur. Er. Muhammad Saleem, national secretary JIH, Er. Khurshid Husain and all state office bearers of the Jamaat expressed deep grief on his demise and prayed to God for his Maghfirah (forgiving).
