The Society for Bright Future (SBF) with the help of volunteers of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind has surveyed the flood affected areas near Yamuna river like Dhobi Ghat, Okhla, in New Delhi.  SBF has recently distributed plastic sheets to the flood victims of Dhobi Ghat. It has decided to provide clothes, bamboos and other materials of relief for rehabilitating the flood victims. The water level of Yamuna River is now receding. One of the victims, Muhammad Aneequl, son of Anwar Hussain, is in a critical condition. He has severe injuries on his face, caused by electrical short circuit. He is getting treatment at Safdurjung hospital where he shall be needing eye operation and plastic surgery. Another child is suffering from paralysis.  After survey, SBF volunteers and authorities are discussing with community leaders and social organisations for providing best medical treatment to the flood affected persons, including these children.
