The results of the Parliamentary elections have vindicated the maturity of the Indians in no uncertain terms. The BJP played every dirty trick to come to power including to communally polarise the voters with spiteful utterances by none other than the Prime minister himself.
It is high time the powers that be realised that the core issues which are affecting the people are not Mandir-Masjid or Hindu-Muslim but inflation, unemployment and poverty.

The Impressive Performance of India Bloc
The impressive performance of INDIA bloc is commendable. And that too despite all the mischief done by the BJP with the overt and covert support of you-know-who. With 231 seats in the 543-member House, the INDIA bloc is set to serve the nation as the viable Opposition in the Parliament.
Analysts are weighing what would have been the performance of INDIA bloc if the Election Commission of India had acted against the flagrant violations of the Model Code of Conduct and the provisions of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his coterie.
Now the INDIA bloc is to work hard for the next five years to safeguard the nation’s plural ethos as well as the Constitution.

PM ModiWins Varanasi Seatwith mere 1.52 lakh votes margin
In the 18th Lok Sabha Election results announced on June 4, 2024, Prime Minister Narendra Modi won from the Varanasi constituency with a thin margin of only 1.52 lakh votes.
And, this has contributed to the BJP’s loss of face in Uttar Pradesh which sends 80 representatives to Parliament. In the 2014 Parliamentary Elections, BJP won 71 out of 80 seats in the State while in 2024, the party managed to win only 33 seats in the State. This is the result of many factors, including the party’s Hindutva ideology, especially the anti-Muslim policies the party has been practicing rather brazenly.

How the Arabs must be dozing off in their Palatial abode!
Got out of the bed with a good night sleep. Before going to bed each and everyone tries to make themselves as comfy as possible, so that you shed away the tiredness of the previous day, and start a new day with renewed vigor.
My mind goes to the Gazans, as to where they must have spent the night, where they must have slept, where the resting place is called a home, which exist no more.
And with the constant threat of bombs falling from the skies, the open-air bed is also not safe. The makeshift tents are hardly any protection from the enemy bombardments. With anxiety so high, how could anyone doze off, especially the Mothers trying to console the young ones with false lullabies?
How the pilots of the F-35 bombers must be sleeping with their families, after they accomplished their mission of bombing the civilians trying to sleep on beaches, or in shattered piles, which were once humble homes.
How the Arabs must be dozing off in their Palatial abode, full of all the amenities the money can buy, when in their neighborhood, their brethren are burnt alive by bombs. Do the walls of their Palaces seal the cries of the innocent children, helpless mothers, devasted fathers? And what about the consciousness, how you must be consoling it, to drop into a long slumber?
Or should we assume, that the consciousness is dead long before?
