I read the article [“The Udaipur Files: A Cinematic Flashpoint in India’s Communal Divide,” Radiance Viewsweekly, Issue No. 15, 26 July 2025] and became aware of the genuine concerns of the Muslim community. If the Udaipur Files has indeed been made with the intention of maligning the entire Muslim community and polarising Hindu voters, then it must be banned. The BJP is always on the lookout for an issue that could help it engineer a polarisation of votes. Its IT cell swiftly swings into action for this very purpose.
Before 2014, almost all communal riots – more or less – were orchestrated by the BJP or its predecessor, the Jan Sangh. This party does not even hesitate to cause mass killings of Hindus for the sake of political power. To tarnish the image of Sikhs, the BJP worked from behind the scenes, branding them as “extremists”. Now it tirelessly labels Muslims as “terrorists”. Their leaders frequently threaten Muslims with remarks like, “Go to Pakistan.”
This is a party that doesn’t love the country – it only loves power. If any film threatens national harmony, the government itself should ban it. Why must such matters be dragged to court? But hatred is the very ladder they climb to reach power. The entire system has been painted saffron.
Among minorities, only Muslims have the strength to influence the country’s politics – which is why they remain a constant thorn in the BJP’s side.

Thanks to the Govt. of Tamil Nadu
With due respect, I beg to invite your kind attention to a news published titled “Celebrating Inclusive Leadership” by Ms. AtoofaNasiha vide Issue no. 15 of Radiance dated 20-26 July 2025.
Respected Prof. K.M. Kadar Mohideen Saab, ex-MP and National President of Indian Union Muslim League has been conferred highest civilian award ‘ThagaisalThamizhar’ by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
Respected Prof. K.M. Kadar Mohideen Saab has dedicated his entire life to the cause of communal harmony, national integration and inclusivity. He has been fighting vigorously against fascist, communal and divisive forces. He has never compromised on these principles. He has always given top priority to the issues of weaker and marginalised sections of society.
I had privilege of hearing his learned and candid speeches at the National Executive Committee meetings held at Delhi, Chennai and Bengaluru. He is down to earth and easy to approach personality. He is a pious soul.
I thank from the bottom of my heart to the Government of Tamil Nadu for choosing the most appropriate personality for this prestigious award.
May Allah grant a longer and healthier life to respected Prof. K.M. Kadar Mohideen Saab to serve our dear nation and the community.

Save the World from Destruction
A country that commits to spending five per cent of its GDP on defence will inevitably put billions of dollars toward weapons and war with other countries, potentially creating situations like those that exist now in Gaza, Ukraine and other conflict zones around the world and that have resulted in the deaths of innocent civilians, as well as caused chaos, famine, destruction and ruin.
In recent days, we’ve seen as wildfires have caused vast devastation in several countries. Meanwhile, flooding in Texas has resulted in loss of life and billions of dollars’ worth of damages. So instead of committing to more war, perhaps countries should commit funds to controlling natural disasters such as wildfires, floods and other extreme weather events that have been exacerbated by climate change.
