The Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Maulana Syed Jalaluddin Omeri said that America is preparing for the military interference in Libya by yielding the opportunity from the circumstances prevailing in Libya. It is not acceptable in any situation. US should stay away from it. In a press statement on March 2, the Jamaat chief said, “We fully support the Libyan citizens who are protesting against their tyrant ruler. And we strictly condemn the use of violence and firing on unarmed Libyan protesters by the agents of tyrant Muammar Qaddafi, but we also condemn the interference of USA in Libya. The USA is trying to strengthen its presence in the region by exploiting the unrest. For this the USA is using UN and NATO as mere tools. The United Nations has accepted the suggestions of suspension of Libya from all relations. The UN purpose is to implement the US agenda in the region.
