A report from National Crime Bureau reveals that from the 19 states of India 89 children go missing daily and sadly 39 of them are never found again. The shocking part of the story is that the data reveals the figures of only 19 states from the present 35 states and states like Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan and other states of thick population are not included in list of 19. Another point that should draw the attention is that the number of girls going missing is twice the number of boys.
