BNP has made it clear that they are for fair, transparent and international standard trial of war crimes accused. The international community and various states including the USA have also said they want fair trial of international standard.
However, the present sub-standard partisan tribunals are continuing their work and giving death sentence and life imprisonment to the accused on flimsy evidence. These sentences will be carried out and the accused will be executed in 2-3 months as per recent amendment in the ICT laws.
So, it is necessary for all international communities, states and BNP to demand dissolution of the present sub-standard tribunals and re-trial of all the accused. Otherwise all will be over and the accused will be victim of judicial killing.
Kindly remember that there was no case against them for the last forty years, now all these cases manufactured by government appointed prosecutors and these hanging sentences.
