Dr. Mohammad Ubaidullah Bokhari, Chairman Department of Computer Science and Principal Investigator (PI) of ERP Mission Project, has developed a stream cipher named as “Bokhari Stream Cipher”. Two of his research scholars Faheem Syeed Masoodi and Shadab Alam are working in the field of cryptography and Network Security since last three years and have successfully published their work in reputed journals and conferences around the world.

This cipher has been developed after a rigorous research work of about 3 years and was successfully presented in second World Congress on Information and Communication Technologies (WICT 2012), Trivandrum sponsored by IEEE and MIR Labs, USA. The conference provides an opportunity for the researchers, academia and industry to meet and discuss the latest solutions, scientific results and methods in the usage and application of ICT in the real world. The Conference was attended by delegates from around 35 different countries.
