The High Court of Andhra Pradesh has ordered to ban all unauthorised Madrasas running in Vishakhapatnam as soon as it is possible. The court has also warned that if they fail to obey the order they will prompt the government to take legal action. The bench of Justice Goda Raghuram and Justice Ramesh Rangnath gave the verdict on the hearing of a petition filed by Salim. Earlier in this case, on August 24, the court had given verdict that Section 20 of Education Act 1982 Andhra Pradesh does not allow any educational institution to establish in Vishakhapattanam.
