It is now time to clamp a ban on strikes of all types, particularly those called for by doctors and hospital, electricity, railways and transport staff, etc., whose strikes paralyse the life of people. Democracy is for the good of people, and to put them into difficulties is against all norms of civilization. Labour laws are there in their favour. Then why they adopt such wrong tactics? Such people don’t think of others. The Supreme Court has rightly ordered to recover the damages caused by such strikes. The need is to implement the SC ruling.
