Two days after he staked his political career over gas pricing issue involving Reliance Industries Ltd chairman Mukesh Ambani, outgoing Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal asked BJP’s prime ministerial nominee Narendra Modi to “break his silence on gas pricing”. “Modi should break his silence on gas pricing. Also, what is his and his party’s relation with Mukesh Ambani and Adani?” Kejriwal has tweeted.
Kejriwal had ordered filing a police complaint against Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas M. Veerappa Moily, Reliance Industries and its chairman Ambani for creating an artificial shortage of gas in the country and raising its prices. Kejriwal alleges Modi, Rahul are Mukesh Ambani’s pawns. In his tweet, Kejriwal even asked Rahul Gandhi to explain whether Congress is Ambani’s ‘dukaan’ as claimed by him.
Kejriwal also tweeted: “Would 2014 election be fought between the Aam Aadmi Party and Mukesh Ambani, with Rahul (Gandhi) and (Narendra) Modi being agents of Mukesh Ambani?” Earlier, Kejriwal openly took on Reliance India chief Mukesh Ambani and alleged that it is the industrialist that runs the country and the government.
