Bayernservices, which is an affiliate of the German gas provider Bayerngas, is to spearhead the expansion of natural gas fuel stations in Iran. The company has already opened an office in Tehran. The Munich-based gas company did not specify details of the actual volume of its contract with Iran. If needed, the German technicians would be sent to Iran to help set up the natural gas fuel stations, the report said. German gas companies have been eager to enter the Iranian market as Iran has the second largest natural gas reserves in the world.
