The Uttar Pradesh police have totally failed to get any solid evidence of whose hand was there in the January 1 terror attack on CRPF camp at Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. Investigating agencies are still clueless about the identity of terrorist organisations behind the terror attack. Militants were reported to have escaped after killing seven CRPF personnel in the camp.
Digvijay Singh, former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh and National General Secretary of Congress Party along with several other Congress leaders visited the CRPF camp to inspect the site. Singh, in a press conference held at Rampur, strongly condemned the terror attack, and said that the finger of suspicion cannot be raised towards any particular section. For every terror attack in the country Muslims cannot be blamed as several militant outfits are also active in Punjab, Assam, Tamil Nadu Bengal and other parts of the country.
