We frequently read in journals published by RSS and its sister organizations that Dr. Ambedkar was against Muslims and vice-versa. But, we can realise that the facts are otherwise if we go through historical documents and archives of the Independence period.
The upper caste leaders prevented Dr. B.R. Ambedkar of Bombay from entering the Delhi Council of States since he was from a lower caste.
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, with strong support of the Muslim League was elected to the Council of States from Bengal and only then became the member of Constituent Assembly and the Chairman of Drafting Committee. The young generation should know the history that the Muslim League has played a big role in making of the Constitution of India, which decides the fate of Independent India.
In light of above historical facts, one can say that Dr. Ambedkar was not against Muslims at all and vice-versa. Youths should not be entrapped by such malicious propaganda of fascist forces who never forego a single opportunity to divide Muslims and Ambedkarites.

PM’s Independence Day Speech
The Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing the nation on the eve of the Independence Day said that his government made an unequivocal pitch for a “uniform civil code” and “one nation, one election”. He also said, “This is the golden period of Bharat, Vikshit Bharat 2047 awaits us.” He asserted that a “secular civil code” is essential for the country instead of the existing “Communal Code”. Hinting at the move to do away with the Muslim personal law, the Prime Minister said India has a “communal civil code”. In reaction, the Opposition, particularly the Congress, took exception to Mr. Modi’s “communal civil code” remark, calling it a “gross insult to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar” and alleged that the PM’s capacity for “Malice, Mischief and Maligning” of history was on full display from the Red Fort.
On the other hand, Communist Party of India General Secretary D.Raja said the Prime Minister’s speech from the ramparts of the Red Fort on India’s 78thIndependence Day did notplace any issue before the nation to unite and inspire people.
