Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Syed Sadatullah Husaini released the book, “Ganga se Zamzam tak ka Roohani wa Ilmi Safar: Dr. Muhammad Zia ur Rahman Azmi” (From the Ganga to Zamzam: The Spiritual and Academic Journey of Dr. Muhammad Zia ur Rahman Azmi) at the headquarters of the Jamaat on September 7.
Dr. Zia ur Rahman Azmi breathed his last on July 30, 2020. Within a short period of five months, Muhammad Khalid Azmi of Al-Manar Publishing House, New Delhi, compiled in this book the writings on Dr. Zia ur Rahman published after his death in the various magazines and journals as well as social media. He has also included in this book all those writings on Dr. Zia ur Rahman published earlier as articles or interviews with him.
