WHO recommends circumcision as the most effective health precautionary measure to fight AIDS. Let Congress government get its Health Minister to draw up a national programme to recommend and perform circumcision operations, at the very infant level at the hospitals – giving free choice to the parents. Lowest statistics of AIDS in Muslims is directly linked, among other factors, to their practice of circumcision.
