Goats Snatched Ahead Of Eid, Sacrifice Performed On 4th Day

Muslims of Mosara under Sant Kabir Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh sacrificed their goats on the 4^th day of Eid al-Adha in the presence of heavy police force. Earlier, Vinay Kumar Shrivastaw, Sub Divisional Magistrate Mahandawal and Circle Officer of Mahandawal had taken the Qurbani goats from the Muslims forcefully on 9^th Dhul Hijjah, just a day before Eid al-Adha, in order to prevent them from sacrificing even a goat on the holy occasion. Later they returned the same after passing the three days of Eid and Muslims sacrificed their goats on the 4^th day.
