Govt. can’t Dodge Atif’s, Sajid’s Souls

The decree on Batla House encounter pronouncing it genuine and convicting Shahzad Alam is both disappointing and mysterious. It seems that the court has ignored the report of post mortem and other evidences which tell a different story.

The decree on Batla House encounter pronouncing it genuine and convicting Shahzad Alam is both disappointing and mysterious. It seems that the court has ignored the report of post mortem and other evidences which tell a different story. It is clear from the post mortem report which the local administration refused to make public initially but was later accessed through the RTI that the two men were killed from within a short range and that the bullets used to kill them were not the same used by the police at the time of encounter. In fact, the government is acting very tactfully to dodge Atif’s and Sajid’s souls to haunt like the souls of Ishrat and others are doing. Interesting to see how long the government and other agencies will save themselves in their imaginary fortress.
