Four men were fined RM20 each by a magistrate’s court in Johor Baru in Malaysia for dressing like women for questionable purposes. They were charged with committing the offence at around 12.15am along Jalan Tan Hiok Nee on February 6. The accused Ng May Kee, 46, Tan Yong Sia, 45, Leong Thiam Tek, 55, and Foo Chek Kwang, 43, all pleaded guilty. They pleaded with the judge for lenient sentences and said they knew what they did was wrong. Magistrate Noor Aisyah Ahmad fined them RM20 each under Section 21 of the Minor Offences Act. They paid the fine.
