Port Blair, Feb. 26: Heavens Pre School in the serene locale of Andaman and Nicobar Islands hosted a remarkable graduation ceremony, celebrating the academic achievements of its graduating class Sky3 at CP Hall, Wimberlygunj on Saturday.

The ceremony, which unfolded with a sense of grandeur and significance, commenced with a warm welcome from the anchor, underscoring the importance of the event for graduates, families, and educators alike. The ambiance was set with a tranquil Quranic recitation by C Muhammed Zuhaan, of Sky3 imbuing the gathering with a sense of spiritual reverence in the Inaugural Session which began at 3.30 pm.

MB Abdur Rasheed Madni, Chairperson of the School, extended sincere greetings to the esteemed guests, acknowledging the collaborative effort that went into shaping the futures of the graduates.

The presence of distinguished Chief Guest Dr Mohammed Badi-Uz-Zama, CEO of IECI, lent an air of prestige to the proceedings. Dr. Zama’s insightful address resonated deeply with attendees, offering valuable wisdom and inspiration to the graduating little stars.

In his address, Dr. Zama said, “Prophets are our role models. As parents, we must strive to emulate them and become role models for our children. When children find role models at home, they understand that the values they learn in school are genuine. We need to create a nurturing environment in our homes that fosters children’s holistic development.’”

As each little shining star of Sky3 graduate took to the stage, their names resonated with pride, symbolizing the culmination of years of dedication and perseverance.

The Presidential Address by MK Mohammed, District President of JIH-A&N, introduced Integrated Education Council India (IECI) and informed that 90 Heavens Pre School, 24 Islamiya Colleges and altogether 1,25,000 students are learning under the IECI. He also underscored the importance of empowerment and guidance in navigating the path ahead. His words of encouragement for the team Heavens Pre School echoed throughout the hall, urging graduates to embrace their potential and pursue their dreams with fervor. Remembering the scholar, Bediuzzaman Said Nursi, MK Mohammed said, “We are connected to our children in the most compassionate way.”

He emphasized, “Parents often send their children to Western countries for worldly education, but we must prioritize instilling in them the desire to seek eternal knowledge, which will benefit them both in this world and the hereafter.”

A highlight of the ceremony was the conferral of certificates by the Guest of Honor Aneesuddin CH, Director of IECI Heavens, symbolizing the official recognition of the graduates’ accomplishments. He exclaimed, “It’s a joyous moment that children have completed their Quran!”

He then urged parents to transform themselves into practical examples of the Quran’s teachings, emphasizing that the Quran must be an integral part of their upbringing. Quoting Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, he stated, “The best among you is the one who learns and teaches the Quran.”

The anchor of the gathering, Mrs. K Nazma Banu expressed gratitude towards CP Mohammed and Team Heavens Pre School presented him with a memento for his support and encouragement. The Principal, Heavens Pre School Port Blair, Mrs M Sabira presented the Annual Report of both the branches of the school.

The second session, compered by Farida Teacher and Saira Teacher, was further enriched by captivating performances by the students, ranging from Quranic recitations to soulful melodies, each leaving a lasting impression on the audience. The mime show about the disadvantages of mobiles was highlighted in a very effective and witty way. The Quran memorization and Tajweed rules demonstration by the students of Sky3 truly dazzled the audience, stealing the spotlight and captivating all in attendance.

As the evening drew to a close, a heartfelt prayer was offered for the well-being of Palestine, serving as a poignant reminder of the importance of compassion and solidarity in today’s world.

This graduation ceremony served as a testament to the institution’s commitment to academic excellence, spiritual enrichment, and inclusive education. As little graduates embark on the next chapter of their lives, they carry with them the values instilled in them by their alma mater, poised to make a positive impact on the world as they grow up.
