The investigating agency of Babri Masjid demolition case, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), has asked the Supreme Court to include nine more names in the charge sheet. According to the agency, there are nine leaders of Sangh Parivar including five Mahants against whom it wants to go through the legal actions. It further says that the hearing against them should be done in the Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court and they should be charged under strict provisions of Indian Penal Code.
