A seminar organised by Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Punjab on the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be to him) turned into an interfaith discussion due to the presence of prominent speakers and audience of different faiths.
Ejaz Ahmed Aslam, Secretary JIH, in his keynote address, said secular and atheist politicians of the world have killed billions of innocent people in different periods of human history only for their lust of power, while the guidance shown to humanity by Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be to him) and other Messengers of Allah always led to the path of peace, justice, brotherhood and equality.
Criticising the trend, propaganda and policies of the present ruling classes of the country, he said that while nearly half of the population of Delhi have no access to pure drinking water but they have an easy access to alcohol.
