This refers to the article ‘Painful Path to Justice’ in Radiance (5-11 January). Kudos to Mrs Jafri and her team for their longstanding battle for justice. She has already spent over a decade in the quest of justice and it seems justice is playing a hide-and-seek game with her. Isn’t it vulnerability of our judicial system that it could not reach the conclusion in a very simple and evident case even after passage of a pretty 12-13 years? Undoubtedly, the case will end up with justice to the victim but how long she will have to wait for the same worries one and all. We together pray that her quest for justice get momentum with every passing day and the culprits be booked soon.
