Dr. Ahmed successfully demonstrates the need for a better access to the judicial system by the weaker section of the society. An accessible legal system can ensure that justice is neither denied nor delayed.
Also, problems faced by Muslims are also the same problems faced by other weaker sections of the society. The solution for one can work for others too. Muslims should join hands with others who are working in that area to find and adopt solutions that will help people getting marginalised in India’s march to economic development.
His framework for training para-legal should be developed and implemented to ensure that weaker sections of the society do not get trampled upon by the strong, the rich and the powerful.
