We should learn the much-needed lesson of self-respect and self-dependence from our more advanced neighbour China. With the services of just 200 professionals and spending only 5.6 million dollars, they have created DEEP SEEK which shattered the US AI regime. After the invention of DEEP SEEK, in one day US Stock Exchange tumbled and had the greatest shock of its life. The shares of AI sector suffered an all time one day fall off 600 billion dollars.

Uniform Civil Code
Every religion has its own personal laws to safeguard the beliefs and culture. They are special laws. Following those personal laws is the only yardstick of following the said religious beliefs. For instance, Muslims derive personal laws from the Holy Quran and the teachings of Prophet Muhammed ﷺ. Following the Islamic personal law is the religious duty of every Muslim. These personal laws are the sacred religious beliefs. As per the belief of Muslims, the Shariat law is God-given law.
The Preamble of the Constitution of India declares the freedom to every citizen to follow his conscience, beliefs and worships. Articles 25 and 26 of the Constitution confer upon every citizen the fundamental right to freely profess, practise and propagate the religion of his own choice and for administration of such religious institutions. Article 51-A confers a fundamental duty to every citizen “to promote harmony and the spirit of common brotherhood amongst all the people of India transcending religious, linguistic and regional or sectional diversities.”
Article44 of our Constitution says that “The State shall endeavour to secure for the citizens a ‘UNIFORM CIVIL CODE’ throughout the territory of India” which is totally contradictory to the above stated fundamental rights and duties enshrined in our Constitution.
If the Government brings in a common law as an alternate to these personal laws in the guise of ‘Uniform Civil Code’, then not a single Muslim in this country will be living as a Muslim. If any such law is implemented in this country, it will destroy the multifaceted nature of our dear nation. It will bring in bitterness and enmity among the people who live unitedly in diversity. The fundamental rights of minorities will be curbed. The cultural identity and religious beliefs of all the minorities, including Muslims, will be lost. The religious freedom which has been proclaimed in the Preamble of the Constitution will vanish.
So, the Article 44, the basis for Uniform Civil Code, which is against the sovereignty, integrity and unity of our dear country, has to be repealed.
To save our Constitution,to defend the fundamental rights of our citizens, to protect the rich traditions of unity and integrity of our nation, and to maintain the communal amity and brotherhood of our people, it is humbly requested to initiate appropriate steps to repeal Article 44 of the Constitution of India by amending the same suitably.

Trump’s Atrocious Ideas
Imagine displacing a people from a historic land where they have been residents for many years. This is what US President Donald Trump seems to be proposing by mooting the idea of shifting Gaza residents elsewhere. That’s easier said than done for these are people who have developed an intimate connection with the land they have lived on. To tell them to move to some strange land seems to be the height of absurdity.
Trump with his atrocious series of proposals, including the one on deporting illegal immigrants to their home countries, has displayed scant respect for international law and humanitarian principles. Unless other world nations join hands and register their protest in one voice against these measures announced by Trump, the world is sure to see much unrest and upheavals in the days to come.
