Why every religion, including Islam, is hated today? Hate is result of negative fear. The hated are bound to cause serious harm, nay, finish their rightful existence! This is enforced by expressions and actions of so-called religious leaders and followers who try hard not to get blamed for accusing religion to be at the root of hatred instead of love. People claiming to be followers of Islam have similarly failed to prove that their ‘precept is better than preaching’.
The commercialising of faith for the rich, who find blessings of clerical class a convenient, easier and cheaper way of both showing their piety and gaining popularity, has always degenerated religious practices!
Political figures have failed in commanding, through their character, respect of majority rather than demanding the same by back door tactics like show of piety, playing with religious sentiments of ordinary people etc. Money, legitimate or illegitimate, has become the only motive for professionals, from clerics to businessmen, to lawyers, to doctors, to engineers, to journalists, to law and order maintainers, to politicians, to all and sundry.

Here again historically, we remember, it is not coincidence that the series of bomb blasts in India started with the opening of diplomatic relations with Israel, while the spate of communal riots in India started with the arrival of the British on our soil.
