Bihar needs all the help that is possible. But more than that isn’t it important to try and see if a few more lives can be saved? Collective efforts are required to make a difference. More than giving thousands of crore, we have to address our social obligation. It is very easy to point out finger at the government, but are we not part of the same government? Is our responsibility as an individual less than the government?
