Muslim Brotherhood youth in Cairo organised a campaign to introduce Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be to him) to the world by distributing DVDs in 30 languages, explaining the message of Islam and the life of the Prophet. At the same time, Dr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Barr, member of the Brotherhood’s Guidance Bureau, called on Muslim producers to use their artistic talents to create productions of the highest standards of quality, in all languages, to highlight aspects of greatness in the Messenger of God, to introduce him to the peoples of the whole world, and to use those productions to compete at international art festivals of all kinds.
“We must introduce the Prophet in an appropriately positive manner. When defending the Prophet, we must begin by understanding his life and his personality. Those who do not quite appreciate Prophet Muhammad must learn about him first, before talking about him. We should inform people about the Prophet, instead of pushing them away from him, from Islam.”
