The dreadful dance of deaths and destruction enacted by the Shylocks of the modern times continues uninterruptedly. One is forced to cry in disgust: Israel thy name is cruelty. No, one word is not enough. You are the epitome of cruelty, brutality, savagery, inhumanity, barbarity, viciousness, sadism, and callousness. If there are more words to describe your brutality, even they could not be sufficient. What Israel has been perpetrating in Gaza is bloodcurdling, horrifying and a big blot on humanity.
The Russian war on Ukraine caused about 9000 deaths of civilians in 20 months. But Israel’s merciless, indiscriminate bombardment in Gaza, the largest Open Air Concentration Camp in the world, has caused the death of more than 11,000 innocent lives, including over 4,000 children within 35 days. The injured are above 21,000. They did not spare even hospitals. They claim that they are the chosen people of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful. They also claim that they are the followers of Moses, the Prophet of Merciful God. Then how is it that they are so far away from God and His Great Prophet Moses and his teachings. Israel and its leaders suffer from the disease of love of wealth and hatred of humans. And the leaders of the present Zionist state are the worst examples of what the humans should not be. They are following into the footsteps of Hitler, Mussolini and Stalin. It appears that the souls of the tyrants of the world are incarnated in them. They suffer from the chronic thought of being the chosen people of God. They occupied Palestine, they drove out the original inhabitants, captured their homes, bulldozed their dwellings, abused and tortured their women and children. Israel has been continuously doing these atrocities against the international law.
Gaza was the worst example of the worst inhuman atrocities against human beings. Its 23 lakh inhabitants have no freedom. There is travel ban on them. They do not have access to education, or free enterprise, or independent business. The Gazans were condemned to live on doles from the UNO and other charitable agencies. It is unfortunate that big powers like the USA, UK and some other countries which swear by democracy and claim to be the champions of human rights are partners in the crimes against Palestine. It is time the UNO and big powers should realize that the lasting solution to bloodshed and conflict in Palestine is only one. That is to pressurize Israel to abandon its dream of greater Israel. Otherwise now and then conflicts would happen and the world will have to pay a heavy price in the shape of conflict, war, social unrest and economic loss. Let there be peace, stability and coexistence and no conflict and war.
