A new centre for Maulana Azad University has been inaugurated at Chandni Chouk in New Delhi by Mr. Kapil Sibal, Union Minister of Human Resource Development on Mach 12.
On this occasion Mr Haroon Yusuf Minister of Food and Supply of Delhi Government said that from its inception the University has contributed much in educational field to every community particularly the Muslims. He congratulated the people who established this university and those who have been expanding it to serve the whole country by opening regional centres in states to promote education and make it accessible to one and all.
