The chairman of the Minority Commission of Maharashtra, Munaf Hakeem, mulled over implication of Muslim youths in the state. This is a unique case where the police have been reported implicating Muslim youths in false cases and giving them bail soon. Though a person gets bail within 24 hours yet his name got included among other defaulters and it becomes very hard for him to get a clearance certificate from the police. And in absence of clearance from the police one cannot get job or promotion. Some Muslim youths have informed the Minority Commission of the new trick of the police. The commission is to constitute a group consisting of the students of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and others to look into the matter.
