This refers to the report “DDA Agrees to free encroached 14-Acre Graveyard land” (Radiance, 8-14 June). First, a warm congratulation on getting free the encroached 14- acre graveyard land. Generally, JIH has good approach in rendering service to the Ummah and humanity in general. It has contributed a lot to the Muslim community as well as to the nation. It is also very interesting to note that JIH has always preferred human service. People of every community and section have recognised its selfless services. But most of JIH activities and welfare schemes move around only the Muslim community. There are a lot of downtrodden and weaker sections and communities like Dalits and Adivasis. They must also be included in their services.
