Qadianis Cannot Keep Wakf Properties: Ap Wakf Board

Chairman of AP State Wakf Board said that all the district Inspectors of Wakf have been given instructions to identify Wakf properties under the possession of Qadianis. All the schools of Islamic Jurisprudence agree that Qadianis are not Muslims and hence to keep Wakf properties under their possession is not appropriate. There are two types of Wakf properties under the possession of the Qadianis. One donated by the Sunni Muslims and the other raised by Qadianis themselves. Such of the properties built out of the fund raised by the Qadianis will be deleted from the Wakf register and they will be returned to them. The other properties funded by the Sunni Muslims will be taken away from the Qadianis. This is because all the schools of Islamic Jurisprudence agree that Qadianis are not Muslims and hence to keep Wakf properties under their possession is not appropriate.
