Shame on UN and Arab Countries!
This refers to the last two Editorials of Radiance Viewsweekly, ‘ Will World Allow Israel to destroy Gaza ?’ and ‘There is Blood on Their Hands &Greed in Hearts – Can the worldExpect Justice from Them ?’
The Editor-in-Chief, Mr.Ejaz Ahmed Aslam has rightly said and exposed the Zionist state of Israel, saying it is one of the most ruthless States of the world. And the world is witnessing yet another holocaust. The October 7 attack by the frustrated elements of Hamas isonly a convenient excuse to the western powers to strengthen their hold on the Middle East countries and their resources. Itdoesn’t mean that we support theHamas attack on civilians. But this fact should not be overlooked that right from its formation, Israel has been acting as the proxy of western powers who want to possess or at least controlthe oil resources.
And as per the Al-Jazeera’s latestreports, the Gaza’s health minister has said that about 10,000 Palestinians, mostly children andwomen, have been killed by the Israeli attacks.
And the UN has noted, as per Al-Jazeera, Gaza has become a ‘graveyard’ for children and womenamid Israeli attacks.
Where is the responsibility to protect in Gaza? It’s not a war crime? Shame on UN andespeciallyArab countries that are standing with and sending arms and ammunition to the Zionist occupiers and killers of humanity.

Türkiye to bring Israel’s war crimes to ICC
In a major development, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has reiterated his country’s support for the people in the Gaza Strip and vowed to bring Israeli war crimes in the besieged enclave to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Erdogan went on to say that Türkiye will cut off contact with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu due to the occupying regime’s crimes in Gaza.Netanyahu “is no longer someone we can talk to, we have crossed him out,” Erdogan said, adding that the embattled premier has lost the support of Israeli citizens.“What he needs to do is take a step back and stop this,” Erdogan said.
He further noted that Turkey supports initiatives that would bring Israel’s human rights violations and war crimes to the ICC, adding that the country’s relevant authorities, particularly its Foreign Ministry, will carry out this work.
The Turkish president also stated that Netanyahu bore the primary responsibility for the violence, stressing that Ankara “is ready to act as a guarantor country for Gaza.”Erdogan’s remarks came a day after he called for an immediate halt to Israel’s “crimes against humanity” in Gaza.

‘Legislature can’t overrule court judgment’
Chief Justice of India D Y Chandrachud on November 4 said that while the legislature can enact a fresh law to “cure the deficiency” in a law, it cannot “directly overrule” a court judgment. He was speaking at the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit.
Speaking on the separation of powers between the executive, legislature and judiciary, CJI Chandrachud said, “There is a dividing line between what the legislature can do and what the legislature cannot do when there is a judgment of the court. If there is a judgment of the court which decides a particular issue and that judgment points out deficiencies in the law, it is always open to the legislature to enact a fresh law to cure the deficiency. What the legislature cannot do is to say we think this judgment is wrong and therefore we overrule the judgment. A judgment of the court cannot be directly overruled by the legislature… that’s completely impermissible… but if a judgment takes a particular view of a legislation, it is always open to the legislature to cure the defect,” he averred.
Saying this, the CJI has set the rule.
