This refers to the interview of the National President of SIO (Radiance 17-23 February). We are following the decades-old educational system which was formulated by the English with the only aim to produce highly qualified labourers and helpers and not leaders or social thinkers and still we are expecting to get capable leaders for the country which is nothing but a wild goose chase. Moreover, most of institutions do not allow Students Union which is the first step towards healthy politics. Reform is a must in educational system in order to make it more relevant to the independent and developing India.
