SACKED MADRASA TEACHERS WILL BE REINSTATED

Union Minister for Human Resources Development (HRD) Kapil Sibal, on July 16 assured a delegation of Teachers Association of Madaris-e-Arabia, to reinstate 9000 sacked Madrasa teachers of Uttar Pradesh and said budget for their salaries will be finalised soon.

Union Minister for Human Resources Development (HRD) Kapil Sibal, on July 16 assured a delegation of Teachers Association of Madaris-e-Arabia, to reinstate 9000 sacked Madrasa teachers of Uttar Pradesh and said budget for their salaries will be finalised soon.

The old teachers who fulfil the required qualifications as per the new guidelines will be paid 6000-12000, and the rest of the teachers will be given 3000 as per the old slab. However those who do not fulfil the required qualifications will be given a chance of four years to complete graduation. The HRD Minister issued orders to the officers to execute the work as soon as possible. The Minister also promised that the Central government will also fulfil the demand of establishing a Central Arabic and Persian University soon.
