The Salam Centre of Bangalore, during the holy month of Ramadhan, is distributing copies of the Holy Qur’ān among non-Muslim citizens interested to get benefitted from it. The centre has hanged hoardings all across the city of Bangalore with the message “Qur’ān for all” and installed centres at different places of the city to offer the copy of the Holy Qur’ān to interested ones. It has so far distributed many copies in local languages. Among those who are showing interest in receiving the same are police officials, judges, social activists, players and general citizens. The religious scholars think it a better way to reduce misconceptions about the Holy Qur’ān.
