It refers to the initiative of Chief Justice of India for transferring about 20 High Court Judges to other states for a cleaner and better judicial system. However, it would be better to appoint all High Court judges compulsorily from outside their home-states to effectively check locally appointed High Court judges being influenced by their former bar-colleagues and local relations, unlike presently where just one-third High Court judges are from outside the concerned state. Only victims created by such influence on judiciary can practically realise the burn of influenced court-orders where such influences from local relations and former bar-colleagues on locally appointed High Court judges can and should not be ruled out.
