SOMALIA FOLLOWING THE TOE

Somalia’s president has chosen Omar Abdirashid Ali Sharmarke, the US-based son of a slain former leader, to be prime minister in a unity government it is hoped will end civil conflict, official sources said. President Sheikh Sharif Ahmed’s nomination is yet to be formally announced officially in Djibouti, where Somali politicians are meeting, the senior government sources said.  The events in Somalia are following the line in which the USA is making it to move. An American educated son of a former leader as prime minister and a former Islamist as the president appear to be a perfect western setting!
