Kazmi Solidarity Committee, which consists of family and friends of journalist Mohammad Ahmed Kazmi, has written letters to Prime Minister and Home Minister expressing their anger and disgust over the actions of Special Cell of Delhi police, which is causing harassment to Kazmi’s family. The committee alleges that the Special Cell is trying every possible way in order to create fear in the minds of Kazmi’s family so that they withdraw their case. Shauzab Kazmi, son of Mohammad Kazmi, said that besides intimidating the family, the Special Cell is also threatening his father’s lawyer and is hell-bent that he leaves the case. The letters demand immediate action against the guilty officers.
