Three buildings of MANUU inaugurated

Three buildings of Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) were inaugurated on Tuesday.

School of Commerce & Business Management, Hyderabad; Engineering Workshop, Hyderabad; and Polytechnic Building, Cuttack, Odisha were inaugurated by  Prime Minister Narendra Modi through video conference at the Maulana Azad Stadium, Jammu.

MANUU Hyderabad campus has constructed two-storied Commerce and Business Management building worth Rs. 11.19 crores and three-storied Engineering Workshop building worth Rs. 25 crores apart from its Polytechnic building in Cuttack, Odisha which has been constructed at a cost of Rs 28.22 crore.

Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan, Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ishtiaque Ahmed, Registrar along with Deans, Professors and heads of various departments participated in the video conferencing program.

Later, Prof. Ainul Hasan unveiled the foundation stone plaques installed on the buildings of Commerce and Business Management and Engineering Workshop at Hyderabad campus.

Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Hasan expressed his happiness that the Union Government has extended its support for the construction of infrastructure worth about 65 crores.
