The 20-month long genocidal war imposed on Gaza citizens took a more dangerous turn on June 22 when the US President Donald Trump directly intervened in the war. It is a tragedy with the most powerful country America that it has been solidly supporting the terrorist state Israel in its genocidal war. It would have been better if a sane person who is not maverick have been at the helm of affairs in America. Trump, without any provocation, attacked the nuclear sites of a sovereign country at Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan. The IAEA has condemned this attack and the UNO also criticised it. The western countries also have disapproved the attack.

Trump jumped in the war without getting sanction from the US Congress. Attacking a sovereign country is against the international law.

The Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei has declared that Iran would not accept an imposed peace or an imposed war. China and Russia are using their influence to stop the escalation of the hostilities. Iran took an unexpected bold step and shot missiles, at least symbolically, at US base in Qatar. It showsto what extent Iran can go.

Iranians are a self-respecting and brave people. They have been fighting valiantly with Israel. But it is difficult to fight with the US which is power-drunk and ruthless.

The popularity of Netanyahu in Israel is at the lowest ebb. Trump also is losing popular support in America.

It is unfortunate that the western democracieshave been just fence sitters during the 18 month long genocide of Gaza population. There is a fear that the escalation of war may result in Iran blocking the strategic Strait of Hormuz. The western counties are striving to solve the problem through diplomatic moves.

As regards the Muslim counties, most of them are under the hegemonic influence of the US and the western powers. But they understand that the defeat of brave Iran may weaken them also. Therefore, they have unitedly supported Iran and Palestine.

Muslims are 25% of the world population and have 57 independent countries. They have formidable human and natural resources. They must face the Zionist menace and the western conspiracies. They should jointly evolve a comprehensive strategy for strengthening the Muslim world to face and counter the ever increasing dangers to their existence and way of life.

Iran is a signatory to the Non-Proliferation Treaty while Israel isn’t. The world is waiting to see what the US people do to Trump and what the whole civilized world does to end war and promote peace.

To counter the continuous attacks by Israel. Iran took a proactive action and attacked Tel Aviv, Haifa and some other places with sophisticated ballistic missiles and caused considerable damage to Israel. It resulted in large scale fear in Israeli civilians. Trump and Israel stands condemned by the entire world. Iran has also threatened blocking of Strait of Hormuz which can badly affect the oil supply to the entire world. If it happens, it may imbalance the economy of the world in a big way.

Trump and Netanyahu should learn a lesson and stop their jingoism. It is also important that the US stopscontinued enslavement of Middle East nations as it does irreparable damage to world peace and has already affected world economy. Respect for sovereignty of nations, upholding of human rights and non-interference in the affairs of smaller nations must be followed by the big nations of the world. Humanity must remember that war does not solve problems and humanity’s future is safe only in peace and harmony. It is welcome that a truce has been announced. It must be implemented faithfully.
