The United Nations imposed a no-fly-zone over Libya in order to avoid civilian casualties. However the question is what the UN Security Council was doing when Gaza was being bombed without any mercy and civilians were being killed in 2009 Cast Lead Operation.
This shows that the United Nations is run only by a few nations namely USA, France, Britain and Germany, instead of representing the interests of the whole world and specifically of oppressed nations and people.
