In the name of exaggerated security concerns and national defence a lot of countries are launching satellites in space. Malfunctioning of the same may cause them to fall back to earth risking the lives and property of thousands of people as is the current status with the US reconnaissance satellite expected to strike the earth by March 6. Who is supposed to pay for the destruction as a result of the failed experiments of this so-called elite group of nations in space? They may be launching it to augment their safety or for not so unknown clandestine purposes. But what about the danger to innocent earthlings who may also be from an altogether different nation? Countries utilising the outer space should be made to pay for the destruction arising out of their failures.
