Empowerment of women does not mean that they are empowered. Women should not be overburdened in the name of empowerment. They must not share the responsibilities of men. It will prove a bane for them. The Almighty has framed and designed them for peculiar duties. If they neglect and avoid their obligations, a crisis will occur in the society. Out of fifty corers of women only few get important assignments. This does not mean that they stand empowered.
By trying to stand in the line of men and thus neglecting their bounden duty, they do great injustice to their offspring. Their primary duty is to cherish and nourish the young generation to become responsible citizens of the nation or else they will go astray.
