Mercy Medical Centre physicians consisting of 57 actively practising providers hold their elections every year to elect a president to supervise the work of Executive Committee. This year Dr. Anis Ansari was elected President for the first time.
Dr. Ansari has been a very active staff member throughout his career serving as Department of Medicine Chairman and Secretary/Treasurer of medical staff several times. Most recently, he was honored by Mercy Hospital for his continued efforts to educate the Community regarding healthcare issue concerns and disease prevention process.
Dr. Anis Ansari, M.D., is a Board-Certified Nephrologist and Internist practising through Medical Associate. With 19 years in the Clinton Community and more than 25 years in overall practice, he will bring immeasurable experience and insight to his new role.
