IFT Releases New Books

Islamic Foundation Trust (IFT) released two new books recently in Chennai viz., Akilathirkor Arutkodai Muhammad Nabi (sal) (Tamil Version of Muhammad Arabi  by Dr. Inayathullah Subhani) and Annal Nabikalaarin Arumaithozhargal [Companions of Prophet (sal)].

Islamic Foundation Trust (IFT) released two new books recently in Chennai viz., Akilathirkor Arutkodai Muhammad Nabi (sal) (Tamil Version of Muhammad Arabi  by Dr. Inayathullah Subhani) and Annal Nabikalaarin Arumaithozhargal [Companions of Prophet (sal)].

Al-Haj Abdul Bari (Chairman and Managing Director of White House Group, Chennai) released the book Akilathirkor Arutkodai Muhamman Nabi (sal), Al-Haj   Mohammed Haneefa (Director, Apollo Waters) received the first copy.

Al-Haj K. Mohammed Meeran (Chairman, G.M. Pens International Ltd.) released the book Annal Nabikalaarin Arumaithozhargal, Mr. Ghazzali received the first copy.

Mr. A.Shbbir Ahmed, General Secretary of IFT presided over the event.   Dr. K.V.S. Habeeb Muhammad, M.B.B.S., D.C.H. (Vice-Chairman, IFT) reviewed the book Akilathirkor Arutkodai Muhamman Nabi (sal). While reviewing the book Dr. Habeeb Muhammad urged the humanity, Muslims in particular, to read the History of Prophet Muhammad (peace be with him) and follow his life and teachings which is the only way to lead a peaceful life.

Moulavi Mohammed Haneefa Fazil Manbaee reviewed the book Annal Nabikalaarin ArumaithozhargalWhile reviewing the book, Moulavi Haneefa congratulated the authors for the lucid and simple writing about seven companions of the Prophet (peace be with him) and the Muslim Ummah must follow the life of the companions of the Prophet.

Al-Haj Mohammed Meeran delivered the felicitation address. He said, “The Muslims must follow all Islamic teachings. To know and understand the teachings of Islam we must read Islamic books. We spend lots of money on seeking pleasure, but are reluctant to spend on purchasing Islamic books. This attitude should change. Only good books can change our life.”

K.Jalaludeen (Joint Secretary, IFT) welcomed the guests and introduced the activities of IFT. S.N.S. Sikkandar compeered the function in his own style. Imran Latheef Sait (Treasurer, IFT), and G.Abdur Raheem also graced the occasion. Around 500 people with a good number of ladies participated in the release function.
